Reception WAS good! They were helpful. The location is amazing. The staff were really friendly (they even.). The period room decor was charming with perfect pillows and an iron balcony, with a great view of an iconic street.

The room was a little small, BUT that's quite normal for city hotels.

The breakfast had a good assortment including fresh bread and pastries. Everything was neatly packaged (which felt safe and organized). The dining area was cozy and well maintained.

The staff arranged transportation for us at the railroad station AND airport. Layal WAS lovely. Her local knowledge proved invaluable. They provided professional and friendly service 24 hours a day.

The location is amazing, very quiet at night though it's central. I walked out of the pretty lobby to nice bistros and cute shops. The hotel is a short walk to the Marais and Norte Dame.

The room felt smaller than expected. it was hard to maneuver with luggage. It stopped between floors, so i had to carry my bags up or down a half-flight of stairs. this wasn't mentioned beforehand and was frustrating.
